I have an 85 fbird where the headlight group of wires has been cut off behind the carby due to a fire.

I have found some cut off wires in the harness under the dash close to rear of carby but all the colours are not the same.

Has anybody any ideas what colours I should connect to and where, 2 wires do register on a meter as coming from the light switch on the dash each a different voltage.

Any help or information greatly appreciated.
