possible swap
I have a 1982 305 tbi in my trans am right now. MY neigbor is a bit old and wants to give me his 350.
It is an original 350 froma 1969 camaro. It has 4 bolt mains and supposedly it has 300 stock hp. I am extremely anxious to bore it out and put a nice cam and port out heads, throw on edlbrck air gap manifold with 850 cfm carb.
MY question is how hard will it be to swap this carbed 350 in place of my fuel injected 305 with electronic fuel pump in the tank?
will it be worth it, possible 13 second runs?

13's are super easy to hit in a 3rd gens, your fuel pump will work great, just need a new regulator, the stock pump can only support about 300hp @ 12psi, but at 6psi or so that a carb needs, I'm sure its well over 500hp.
