Ok i just ordered a stage 2 chip from tbichips.com and have already installed edelbrock tpi headers high flow cat and cat back all 3inch on my 305. For the heads I was thinking about getting the torquer heads 58cc 1.94x1.500 or do you suggest better? Also I was gonna go for the tbi edelbrock manifold I have a 1 inch spacer that I haven't installed can I use it along with the manifold? And lastly can I get good results with 1.6 roller rockers or would it be better to get a cam with 1.5 rockers? Any additional info would help alot thanks in advance!

 

That sounds like a good setup, but you would be better off getting a cam rather than rockers.

 

how many miles do u have on your engine. I have a 156K on mine right now and after i install a new roller timing chain, pushrods, 1.6 rocker arms, stewart water pump and edelbrock tbi intake, along with a ProBuilt tranny and 9.5" 2400 stall ACT torque converter, ill be finished with my car until i save enough for a 350. Hopefully at the end of the summer ill be running mid to high 14s.

 

I have 82k miles on it, I only drive it for fun on the weekends and have only changed the oil due to the 3 month thing.
