WinALDL Readings

Ok guys I took a ride today for about 1.5 hours through the city and on the highway at all different speeds, RPM, and amounts of load. I have a lot of readings that were taken but I don't know how to post the .txt files up on here for you to see. If someone that knows what to look for in these readings could take a look I can email them to you or if someone can tell me how to post the text files, even better. It looks like I have an excessive amount of knock, what's the normal number of knock counts to get after about that long of driving?

I'm not sure on reading and posting all that but my knock counts for about a 30 min drive were usually below 7.

Yeah a lot of my cells were in the low range like 0-7 but many other cells were in the 20's, 30's, 40's and some were nearing 100. I'm thinking I'm going to back off my ignition timing advance a little.
