Look what I got!!!

Just picked this up from a neighbor cheap, brand new in the box!!Holley 700 cfm TBI Commander 950, I'm going to test it on the 305 I have now, then stick it on the 350 or 383 I'm going to build shortly, I'll let you know how it works.

Holleys website says it's good for 250-440 hp engines, thats at the pre-set 21 psi fuel pressure, you can lower the pressure and use it for less hp or I think you can turn the pressure up quite a bit and get more hp out of it. I was going to get a MPFI-DFI system but when this came along I just had to jump on it, my neighbor lost his job and needed the money bad, he was going to use it on his 4x4, I paid $800.00 for it. Summit gets $1349.00 for it.

im jealous. Its got the good injectors too. Oh well, it would be overkill on my 350.

I don't know why you think it would be overkill, unless your talking pricewise, it's the perfect size for a 350.

forgot the newer ones have progressive linkages and other high tech goodies to make everyday drivability feasable with less than stellar engines. It is kinda pricewise too for my low rent projects, although you got a great deal on it.

That's nice!!! I was thinking about getting one of those myself, but I was going to get the 900 CFM one. What intake, heads and cam are you going to run with it?

...... ........I wish I had one! That is a really good deal you got AND you have the newer style injectors. All the ones that go on ebay are "new in the box" yet have the old crappy injectors.....This is actually the first time I have ever seen a 4bbl tbi w/ delphi injectors, and man does it look sweet. Good buy, and best of luck with the project.

ok now that you made everyone jealous (including me) go play a game of hide n go **** yourself.

bastard. why *** why. never me nooooooooooo. I try to find a good/decent raised spoiler for cheap/fair price and and all I run across is $300 **** that isn't worth it. but this guy wakes up and a holley falls on his pillow.

oh...oh here...have a holley....oh no pay me when ya feel like it....as a matter of fact just take it. It should work perfectly for your car....and by the way if you see Rocco, tell him I have a $30 spoiler I'll sell him for $300.

I'll be running ProAction Vortecs with Manley Race-Flo valves and Comps new beehive springs that reduce spring and retainer weight by 40%!!! Along with a Edelbrock RPM Air-Gap vortec intake, not really sure on the cam yet.

the newer Holley Commander 4bbl tbis are different from the ones made a year ago, old ones all 4 injectors spray continuiously, the newer ones the front 2 fire all the time the back2 fire on demand. so one question for you how are you going to retain you factory instrument cluster? with a stand alone computer

I'm planning on leaving the factory computer in place to run the factory gages, I have a manual trans so I don't need it for the shifting, but one day I plan on ripping the factory instruments out and building a custom billet dash anyway. The Commander 950 can also control the engine fan and have it come on and off at any temp I want.
