should i get a fuel regulator

Should i buy a fuel pressure regulator i have a fuel pressure gauge and it reads 11.5 psi.Just wondering.

Engine: 379cc twin cyl 2-stroke stroker

Transmission: 6 spd manual

Axle/Gears: 14/41 tooth

You already have a fuel pressure regulator.
What would you do without me here?
