TBI "bogs" on mid-hard accelleration...
1991 350 Chev TBI installed in a FJ40 Land Cruiser- idles great, "casual" accelleration is great, mash the pedal and it bogs down. Actually, anything beyond a casual accelleration. Back off the pedal, and it accellerates casually...mash again, and it bogs.
Motor installed from a running van in Feb 03, problems just arose in July 03, no problems until that time. Truck is used HARD, generally flops/rolls every trip out, most trail use is 1500rpm tops, but it does see occasional road use between trails.
Ran WinALDL, pulled a code 44, replaced the O2 sensor with a stock Bosch one wire, no change (but the code went away, yes I cut power to reset the 'puter.)
Replace the TBI basegasket, no change.
Air cleaner is new.
Fuel pump is new, external, Master E8153.
Fuel filter is new, low restriction filter before the pump.
Yes, the VSS is installed/working. Stock wiring, just cleaned up. 7477 'puter with a stock chip. Install required relocating the knock sensor, motor has hugger headers.
NO other codes....drove it last night about 10pm (my neighbors love me), WinALDL shows nothing. Did not turn on the DataLogger, but can if someone thinks that info will note something. All sensors appear to be sending information in correctly.
Thanks for any assistance.

when you plugged it in, what were you BLMs at? also are there any other mods to the engine?

650 rpm idle = 106
1500 rpm = 121
2100 rpm = 139
2550 rpm = 136
back to idle, 650 = 104
Motor is 100% stock...nothing internal, nothing external other than the hugger headers. Transmission is a 4-speed stick (granny gear)
TIA...
