What do ya think of this set up?

It looks cool. I mean that- not trying to be sarcastic.
It also looks like it will suck a lot of hot air right off the exhaust manifolds.
In terms of filter surface area, it seems the TC setup has the stock filter surface area whooped pretty good.
I guess there is always a tradeoff-

My winter ride is a Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 5.2 and I dont think that dual intake idea would work well on the Jeep at all. First off, it's sucking the hot air right off the exhaust manifolds and the Jeep engine compartment is so cramped that there isn't a lot of cool air coming in from the grill all the way to the back. With a thirdgen, sticking with the open element is probably your best bet, cost wise and performance wise.
