Does anyone know about Throttle Rotors

I was watching this show called high rev tuners on tv the other day. And they were doing some simple bolt on mods on a honda civic. One of the very simple mods they had installed was a throttle rotor. It's a small piece of aluminum and you bolt it on and connect the throttle cable to it. Does anyone have one of these and does it give a more sensitive feelin to the gas pedal as they say it gives? does anyone know if such a thing exists for my car? or any other 3rd gens out there? any help or info woulf be helpful. I've included a link to a website that sells a throttle rotor but it's for an import car.

why? so your pedal moves less, its not going to make your car faster.

That thing will only open your throttle a fraction of a second faster. They say 50%, which is probably true, but when you mash your gas pedal down it takes about .1 seconds. With that you could do it in .05 seconds. Your motor will not respond significanlty in that short time period. It is another power adder just like stickers and wings. When will those import guys ever learn.

hehe import guys need that to make their little 4 pots feel more powerful. As if 4 cyl cars dont have short gas pedal throws allready.

Get a torquey v8 behind that amount of pedal travel and youll be peeling out of parking lots and pissing off your passengers
