I came across this online and it says it even works on TBI cars. Anyone ever heard of this or perhaps even had experience with it? spiralmax

Junk, just like the Tornado Fuel Saver. You know how they used to say it was a big HP adder and now its a fuel saver, BULL****! It's a waste of money thats my thoughts but if you want one get it and please post what it did or more likely what it didn't do for you.

I wasn't planning on buying one, i read about that tornado thing i thought this might work better since it is installed in a different location. I figured it was junk anyway. I'm sure I would've heard something if it were as good as they say it is.

I can't believe they make a claim of a gain of 35 horses. These companies like this one and the tornado are appauling with their performance claims.

before tornado thing: lead foot

after tornado thing: feather foot

results: 31% increase in fuel efficiency

looks to me all that thing is doing is clogging up your intake with baffles that are going to slow down the air moving through, and restrict it so less air gets through.

Want to get increased airflow? spend part of that $70 on an open element, go K&N or anything is better than stock. Then put the rest of the money to something worthwhile. my $.02

i look at it like this if it goes inside the ducting hose or at any end then it is an air restriction.
