loud pop whent i get on it

ok hears the deal. My truck was running ok till i did the header gasket on the drivers side. this is the side i am running my 02 sensor on. i had a big leak on #7 burnt the gasket all the way through. now wen i step into it it will pop some times to the point that the motor will die. any clue what is causing this. this is my list of specs.
1988 k2500. The truck has a holley tbi intake 670 cfm tbi comp cams extream energy cam with 206/212 i/e @ .050 dur and .434/.444 I/E lift. it also has full flowmaster cat back, hi flow cat and a set of gibson headers on the 350.

please help me

thank you

That'll do it . I had the same thing happen to me a couple times. After that happened I ruffed up the fingers on the clamp, no more slip.
