Hose/Line routing Carb Intake Swap

A Few questions for those that have done this before:

1) Where did you route the brake booster lines to and did you need any adapters?

2) Where did you put the heater hose and did you need any adapters?

3) Did your stock Coolant temp sensor fit?

4) What's the part number for the EGR Valve that will fit the intake (Edelbrock 3706)

5) Will there be any issues with an adapter plate, ~1/2" nitrous plate and 14x3" Open Element?

Any help, pictures or part numbers would be awesome!

Thanks So Much!!
Tony

Since most carb manifolds only have one vacuum port, you need to "T" the two hoses. It's really easy. Just grab the correct size hose, "T" adapters, and a new piece to fit the intake.
2) Where did you put the heater hose and did you need any adapters?
Mine is towards the front of the engine on the passanger side. You may want to buy a new hose, as the old one will be pretty stiff. This actually cleans up the passanger side a little too.
3) Did your stock Coolant temp sensor fit?
Yes. Depending on your milage and frequency of collent changes, you may want to just by a new one.
4) What's the part number for the EGR Valve that will fit the intake (Edelbrock 3706)
Not sure. Try a search.
5) Will there be any issues with an adapter plate, ~1/2" nitrous plate and 14x3" Open Element?
I don't think so, but it depends on the size of your adapter plate. Worst case you will need to drop down to a 2" aircleaner

Hope this helps, and good luck
