Does anyone know of any long tube headers that will fit a 3ed gen. All the ones that I've seen say that you've got to modify the floor pan. I don't want to start beating the floor of my car up. And I don't like shortie's. When I put the 388ci in that I'm building now I'm going to have to have some headers on it but I just don't know what kind to get.

I might as well get them now since I cut my exhaust off to remove the tank. I'd even thought about a H-pipe duel setup that exits right before each rear tire. Maybe even Borlia XR-1 mufflers or some Flowmaster Collector mufflers. Someone give me some ideas. I've got to get some type of exhaust real soon, for sure.

You might want to ask this question on the exshaust board. I'm sure someone will have a good answer for you. I would also do a search on long tube headers also.

you shouldnt have to mod the floor for the headers...

theres a few companys making them... but the reccomended ones are hooker longtubes or the headman longtubes..

traxion (i think thats how you spell it) made a WONDERFUL install thread on the Hookers.... read it and you should not have any unforseen problems with the install.
