Fuel Pump Voltage

Quick question.

How/where would i go about lowering the voltage to my fuel pump?

This way my walbro255 won't be pumping so damn hard. I can't adjust my pressure any lower than 17PSI, the darn pump is so strong it overcomes the FPR.

The custom chip i received said to use 13-14PSI, i figured i should at least try using the recommended fuel pressure before troubleshooting anything else.

How about cutting the spring in the AFPR to lesson the pressure?

Thanks, your help is priceless in my situation.
