TBI recondition ?

Does anyone know where to find or what the material GM used to 'seal' the ends ot the throttle shafts. I've taken apart two, one of them it seemed to be felt type material, the other seemed like a dried up piece of rubber. Anyone know for certain. The rebuild kits don't seem to have anything included in them for this piece.

TIA.

Looks like a couple -012 o-rings with some sili grease should work perfect.

I wouldn't use silicon grease it will destroy you o2 sensor. I would use something like lithium grease or just regular wheel bearing grease. Anything for a little lubrication that won't evaporate or penitrate the o-ring.
