Doing a complete tune up on 89 TBI, what do you guys suggest??

I am tuning up my new 89 5 speed TBI. I just bought( I am the second owner) it and it's in pretty nice shape, but it seems like one of those cars that someone bought new, put gas in it and drove it. It just turned 58,000 miles and I can't tell if it's 58 or 158 since there is no 100,000 marker on the 89 odometer. Under the car is very clean, no oil from anywhere and the motor runs great. It has been sitting for a year or more but now it's my everyday driver so I want it in top shape.I am going to tune it up and want to make sure that I do everything I can. Here's a list so far:
Air Filter
Plugs Wires
PCV valve
Distributor Cap +Rotor
Oxygen sensor
Replace rusted muffler already with my old Flowmaster off the 90
Clutch, Pressure Plate, Throw out bearing
Change oil+Filter
Checked brakes--> fine
4-> 215 65 R15 tires
Adjusted the minimum idle cause someone screwed w/ it
Oh yeah, Check the timing ( 0 degrees is factory right? I don't have an emissions label)

If any one an think of anything else that I should check, please let me know. Thanks!

Your list sounds good. I to would recomend a fule filter. I wouldn't mess with the clutch if it only has 58K miles on it. There shouldn't be a need to replace it. You should set your base timing anywhere from 4* to 6*. Some cars like more then others. The stock setting is 0 but these cars like a little more. You will get a few more ponies and a little better mileage as well. You may not have to change your PVC either. Just take it out and clean it up real well with some spray carb cleaner and make sure it rattles and there isn't any funk in it.

I forgot to put the fuel filter!!

I do have a fuel filter, I just forgot to put it on the list. As far as the milage the shape of the motor and interior seem to lean towards 58,000, but the shape of the clutch leads towards 158,000. The only reason I am changing the clutch is cause when I put it in gear, and start to release the clutch and it won't grab until the pedal is almost all the way out!! Unless there is a way to adjust the clutch pedal, but I heard the hydraulic clutch is self adjusting. Any Input???????

Yea that doesn't sound right. My clutch grabs when the pedal is about half way out. Do you have any records from the car. Like service intervals and such? Was there an oil change stick on thing in the upper left corner of the windshield. I am wondering how else we can determine the mileage of your car.

Yeah there was.

As a matter of fact there was an oil change sticker on the window that I found this morning, it said 52,984. That kind of helps but not really cause the mechanic could have just gone off the milage from the odometer not knowing it had turned over once. I am hoping it's the correct milage though. Does my clutch sound worn to you? It grabs but not as fresh as it should.
