a second high idle?
This summer I did an auto to T5 swap in my formula and it ran fine until the cold weather set in. Everything else is still stock. However I have recently replaced the fuel pump, distributor, EGR, and O-Sensor. Now it will go though high idle fine until it warms up if I don't drive it until it is warm. If I take off when it is not down to low idle it will rev back up. It will go though another high idle(maybe a little higher RPMs) until it is warm. There is no noticible power loss or drivability issue. I have no clue what this could be so any help would be appriciated.

My car does the same thing. It's nothing to worry about, it's just trying to get to operating temp faster cuz' it doesn't like working at lower temps...

mine does that too for a little while, i have my closed-loop temp set so low, it doesn't do it for very long though.

i need to check, but i beleive you can change the commanded idle for high idle to a lower value, or you can do like i did, and set the closed loop enabled value to match the thermostat being used. since i have a 160* stat, my car never got warm enough for closed-loop, so i set the enable temp to about 148*
