what should i do next
ok i have hi-flow cat flowmaster cat back and a open element. and gears i was wondering what i should do next any advice would be nice.

I would say learn to burn your own chips to get the most out of the mods you have but if not that then intake and headers. You could do the ultimate TBI mods too since its free.

well how do i burn chips. and im kinda afraid to do the ultimat tbi mod. what kinda headers and intake manifold do u think i should use and i live in california

Go the DIY Prom board to learn about burning chips, noone can really just tell you how to do it.
Why afraid to do the ultimate tbi? If your real nervous about screwing somthing up like me and cannot afford to have your car down for a few days, get a tbi off ebay, modify that one then swap them, thats what I plan on doing (as soon as I can find one, you would think there would be more on there). You can do the open element filter too.
I think you can get hooker 2055 headers with the AIR fittings.
As far as intake manifolds go, I don't think the do a heck of alot without other modifications, but i'm not sure on that one.
