what would happen if i had my stock 305 bored .30 over. is it worth the money? im rebuilding it anyways this summer, so it will be out of the car. can you tell the difference in power? can you leave the rest of the motor stock other than pistons? any info on boreing a 305 .30 over is appreaceated.

You will find that there is no point in boring a 305. The added discplacment will not gain you anything if you keep the stock heads and cam. I would save the money on a 350 rebuild. You will be much happier.
