projection manifold
Hi I just bought a holley projection manifold to put on my 91 Firebird which I put a 350 in it from a 90 Caprice. My question basically is since the water jacket hookup on my motor is in the back and the holley one is on the front will I have any prolems? Also can I use my stock tbi until I buy a Holley one? Is there anything else that I should be aware of? Thanks guys for your help like always, Ron.

You can use your stock TBI unit until you decide to go bigger. The advantage that intake has is its 2" bore which will allow any 2" TBI unit to bolt right up. You can just re-route your heater hose to the new spot. The only thing that you may have to do is modify your EGR a bit. You eaither need a TBI spacer to clear it or convert it to an older style that will clear. You could also just remove it from the chip.

ok i have this intake and let me tell you you will need a spacer and the old style egr valve. then the brackets need some work to get them to fit and you should use the gold throtel bracket that came with it. then just rout the lines where they need to go.
