92 L03, need some cooling fan switch help

I've got a friend who recently purchased a 92 RS with the 305 TBI. He's been having some overheating issues, and we quickly discovered a broken fan switch, some hacked fan relay wiring, and a missing connector for the fan switch at the pass side head. I've looked all over the main harness and cannot find the connector or wiring for it. Could anyone post a pic or a good description of where the fan switch wiring splits from the main harness?

I am not sure if this pic helps but you can see what the wire harness connector looks like. My temp sensor is broken in this pic.

Shifty - that helps some. At least I know exactly what that connector should look like now. Regardless, I still need a description of that connector harness routing all the way to the main harness. This circuit has been hacked up by a previous owner, and I'd like to repair it if possible rather than re-do the entire thing with aftermarket stuff.
