Will my car run better?
I have a cowl induction hood on my 84' Z28 and was wondering if I took off all that "Ram Air" 
and put just a Regular filter on there Would I get more air and Maybe a little more power..?

It is hard to beat the unlimited potential, cheapness and effectivness of a $20 open element. If you have the dual snorkel you may want to hang on to it. That is after you gut the thermacs out of it.
