The idle is non-adjustable. If your voltage was really low due to a bad battery and non-functioning alternator then there is the possibility that the IAC was disabled. How high was it before?

That scew is for the min idle adjsutment. Opening it more will just cause the ecm to command fewer IAC counts. Not necesarily a bad thing but none the less itll still idle the same as long as the iac counts are >0

Can anyone give me suggestions about why my '90 TBI Formula idles rough at only 500 rpm? Tune up was performed lest than 3k miles ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
