One more question, wiring harness
One more question, wiring harness
Just posted about the water temp sensor, thanks again for the quick replies.
This one is harder though, I hope I can describe it correctly. After doing the engine swap last night I have 2 connectors left on the drivers side. One is a square 4pin connector, other is a 2pin conn. I have no idea where they go, pretty long cable, can almost reach to the no. 1 spark plug. I have the dist. connected, tps, egr, idle air valve, man. air temp sensor, map sensor, oil press. sw, water temp sensor (for temp gauge), tbi injec. hooked up, AC compressor, alternator. Is it possible these are not used? (not likely).
I know this is a hard one but just maybe someone has run across this one.

Can you tell me what colors the wire connectors are? That might help.
I know of two 2 wire connectors off the top of my head. One goes to the washer pump connected to the washer fluid reservoir, and the other goes to the charcoal canister.
As for the 4 wire connector, if it's black it may go to the ESC module. If it's gray, it may go to the cruise control.
I'm just guessing right now but if you give me the colors of the connectors I can probably help more.

Well, I just to a look at my car. This is what I came up with.
There are 3 two wire connectors that I found: One is blue with a red clip on it which goes to the charcoal canister, one is blue with a black clip on it which goes to the washer fluid pump, and the other one is all black which goes to some kind of power steering sensor/switch.
The only 4 wire connector that I can find that is square is the fan relay. It's located on the firewall in between the brake booster and the driver's side fender. The fan relay is the one closest to the fender and the other relay (5 wire connector) closest to the brake booster is the fuel pump relay. If the 4 wire connector is straight, than it may go to the ESC module (located in front of the relays).
Hope this helps some more.
