vacuum ported fuel pressure regulator?

Correct. You can get a vacuum unit kit from top down solutions. The stock regulator is non-adjustable. You can either moddify it to make it adjustable or get an aftermarket unit.

I don't think you'de want one either. They are a good quick fix, but in the long run it's only a cover up for tuning.
