Another Manifold
I've recently sealed the deal on a used Edel MPFI conversion system.
Anyway, I will be evaluating the manifold as a wet flow unit with my current TBI.
Also, I may eventually use the complete system as a supplemental fuel supply for when I install the Vortech

Awesome. I'll be interested to see how that manifold works out for you. Do you know if the design of the manifolds for big block and small block are the same or similar?

Just from the pictures I've seen, they are similar.
A very reputable engine builder believes it will work well in a wet flow application.
I was going to research if the manifold was available separately from Edelbrock, but this deal fell in my lap, so I didn't pursue it.
It would really suck to find out it is an awesome manifold for TBI wet flow and the manifold not be available separately.
From what I've seen, its basically just a single plane with a small plenum.
At any rate, I'll do a comparo after I complete the eval of my current single plane.
If Edelbrock follows in Vortech's footsteps, they may stop manufacturing the system and let them go for cheap. (Vortech recently discontinued their system for the 7.4 TBI)
I also lucked out as the kit I'm getting is for the 502, so it already has the larger injectors
