Update on My 90rs
Well got the motor and trans in and took it for a couple test drives! Cant drive it to much because it is not registrered or insured. I was amazed. I actually got a project back on the road!
Anyway I have some issues with the fan! At first it would not come on at all. i replaced the fan relay and it comes on when you turn the ac on! So i thought it was the switch in the head, replaced it and still no automatic fan? Could it be the switch in the manifold? THEN i found out the heater core leaks put a big ol puddle in the passenger floor board S**T! What fun that is going to be! I am gonna try to register it in MS when i go home in a couple of days!
Thanks guys!

what size motor are you using?..on my TBI 305, the fan switch was located in the passenger side of the block...down underneath the manifold..so check that one too..when u pull it out coolant should flow all over the place, so be sure that your motor is cool, otherwise you'll end up getting burned.

It could be a break in the wiring. With the key to the on position, ground the single wire hooked up to the fanswitch and see if the fan comes on.
