Fuel Pump substitute

I was wondering if there was a stock fuel pump from some other vehicle with a little more umph I could put in a 1992 RS with a 305 throttle body. Don't really want to spend $150.00 for a Holly or whatever.

You can install a TPI fuel pump.

Agreed. It is kinda pointless though when aftermarket pumps are barely $100.

go to napa and ask about the fuel pumps for the high out put for trucks that had a 460. they where produced in the late 80's and are an inline part. I used one on a tpi and it worked well. pm me if you need a part number

Just get an intank Walbro replacment. The 190 or 255 will feed basically anything you can throw at it no matter what your combo is.

Yeah, your right. This seems to be a popular place to get them: http://www.autoperformanceengineering.com/
