Weird TBI!!!!????!!!!

Anyone ever seen one of these TBI or speculated what size injectors are in it?

Also saw a TBI for a 4.1 250 I6 that was made in mexico in 1997. Wonder if that single TBI had a huge injector?

I got one of them off a cargo truck. THis is what it looks like after a few days of cuting and weilding. The injectors were filled with rust I never tested them or even tried to run them.

that tbi has the late model delphi injectors. They flow around 65 pph at the stock fuel pressure. Whats more interesting is what the hell is that appendage hanging off it? Some sort of cruise control? Electronic throttle?

I was thinking maybe a governor since it is in a truck. Many trucks atleast carbed ones had governors to keep the driver from overeving the engine in lower gears.
