What intake would go good with the AFR 190 heads? And should I go with the Holley 670 cfm TBI 2" bores to feed my 355 TBI.

If your going with AFR 190's then the a 2" bore throttle body is pretty much mandatory along with the 90 lb/hr injectors. If your looking for an all around good intake, take a look at the performer RPM, if your running a stock hood, then getting it to fit is tricky. If the RPM is too much of a hassle for you to make work you might want to look at one of the low profile single planes. Keep in mind with any of these carb intakes you'll need an adapter plate and your throttle cables will need relocated.
What cam are you going to run with this? Whats the specs on the rest of the motor? The reason why I ask is that this motor is going to be a monster with the right supporting equipment. Over 400 hp isn't too unlikely. You'll need to crank the pressure up a bit on the 90 lb'ers to get enough fuel, and you'll have lots of time in tuning this bad boy. You did think of tuning right?

My cam specs are .460/.460 lift i think 220 deg, flat top pistons, stcok crank and connecting rods. And with those heads I'm goin to use 1.6 alum roller rockers.

Yeah, that motor should crank out the ponies. Your going to have some time wrapped up in tuning, but it will be well worth it. Your also going to be pushing the limits of TBI. You will need to get a set of 90 lb/hr injectors and plan on cranking up the pressure to some where between 15 and 20 psi. Have you been planning on burning your own chips? I hope so, cause the custom tuners aren't going to be to get it to even idle on the first try.
