TBI TPS connector

What year did GM switch to the TPS sensor that uses a barrel connector? Can I get the connector from GM or aftermarket? My car is a 1990 model and has the older style three prong weatherpack and I picked up a spare TB to swap on due to the vacuum fitting on the rear that feeds the MAP sensor is broken off. The injector pod appears to be a straight swap,I just need the different TPS plug. Where can I get this?

I believe it was 91 when they switched to the round connector. I'm almost positive that GM still sells those connectors, but the aftermarket sells them as well.

Turbocity sells both kinds of connectors, here's a link:

They also sell an adapter so you don't have to mess with the stock wiring at all:

I also believe places like Pep Boys and NAPA sell OEM weatherpack connectors, too.

Thanks for the info. I think I'll get that adapter instead of going through repinning the harness.
