I am trying to get almost enough money out of selling my motor (305TBI) and transmission (t5) to buy a t56. I was wondering what you guys here on the forum think my 305 and transmission is worth? They both have 128,000 miles on them. So post what you think the 305 is worth and the t5. I have a buyer wanting just the motor for 300 with all accessories and intake running for his truck and I'm think that’s just too cheap.

 

thats eh... about right... im sure you could find a sucker to buy it for more... but if you wanna sell it, then thats not a terrible price

 

I agree. LO3's aren't worh anything. Most people just take them to a yard and take the core money that they recieve from there. It is often times more then anyone else is willing to pay for them. They have too many weak links and no one will spend the money on one when building a 350 is cheaper. I would take the $300. You will probably get the same if not less for the T5.
