It's really pretty straightforward. I have some good instructions laying around somewhere, but I can't find them. Anyway, here's my crack at it:

1. Remove the gas cap (relieves fuel pressure).
2. Remove the air cleaner assembly on top of the TBI unit. It's held on with 1 wing nut, 3 screws, 1 vacuum line, 1 breather tube, and 1 two-wire electrical connector (for the IAT sensor).
3. Remove the gold spacer ring from the TBI unit and disconnect the electrical connectors on the injectors.
4. Using 2 wrenches, remove the 2 fuel lines from the back of the TBI unit. Put 1 wrench on the fuel fitting nut (the ones that attach to the injector pod itself) and hold it steady. Put the other wrench on the other nut and loosen and remove it. Repeat for both fuel lines.
5. Remove the 3 torx bolts that attach the injector pod (also called fuel meter body) to the throttle body. Also remove the air cleaner stud, it just threads into the throttle body.
6. Clean and remove the old gasket material on the top of the throttle body and bottom of the injector pod.

Installation is pretty much the reverse:

7. Install the new injector spacer in between the throttle body and injector pod, and tighten the new 3 included screws down. Reinstall the air cleaner stud.
8. Reattach the fuel lines. Do this slowly. Hold the fuel line in the fuel fitting nut, and thread the nut in, making sure not to crossthread them. Once they are snug, tighten them up, again with 2 wrenches.
9. Reconnect the injector connectors. Put the gold spacer ring back on.
10. Reinstall the air cleaner housing and hook the air cleaner wing nut, screws, vacuum line, electrical connector, and breather hose back up.
11. Put the gas cap back on.
12. Your done. Test drive.
