Im guessing this is the sending unit above the filter.....

How do you get it out????I have broke it loose and have turned and turned and turned and it wont come out of the block am I missing something? Thanks

Oh and the whole reason its coming out is to get the last damn exhaust manifold bolt......Im not happy.....

I've never had to take the OPSU off to get the exhaust manifold bolt - I always got them from the top (on my LO3's). But it should just come out, unless it's stripped or something - it only has like 3/8 inches of threads on it.

Yep...you've got about 1/2" of really fine threads, possibly NPT. Just unscrew in the standard right-handed thread direction. Try pulling out while you unscrew it. Sounds like either the sensor's broken or the threads are stripped.

well the furthest one back wont come out I cant get the 14mm or any socket to stay on it for the way the nut is rusted I can only get a wrench on it from under neath but I have no swing due to the OPSU

PB Blaster is your friend - get a can and hose those stubborn nuts/bolts every day for 3-4 days - it'll come sooner or later. Skip the cheap subs - Nothing works like the PB!
