Are you asking if the whole intake manifold will bolt up as is or just the throttle body itself? Neither are a direct fit, both can be made to work.

If you buy a TBI manifold that fits the heads (GM Performance, Edelbrock) then the TB unit will be a direct fit (physically) on the manifold.
You'll need a new fuel pump,fuel pressure regulator and/or injectors, and computer work to run a 350 or different heads, though.
