Intake Maifold Advice

I need some recommendations. First, what would you do first, headers or intake? I know everybody has their own opinion on what are the best headers, but as far as intake manifolds go....any body recommend the Edelbrock Performer TBI? I could use some feedback on how much bang you get and if anyone recommends some other intake for a practically stock LO3, let me know. Everything thats been done to the car is in my siganture below. Nothing major.

Headers, cat and cat-back first. Then you can get an intake manifold, I'd say on a pretty much stock motor that Edelbrock intake will be a good choice, probably give a little increase in power and it'll bolt right up easily.

Headers first, then play with the intake. Do the hard stuff first. I think the headers will give you more hp.

Headers - no point getting more air in if you can't get it out.
