im new to tbi ,and i need a tune were is the best place for me to get a chip burnt?it has a aftermarket chip in it but its like a step above stock . on my old setup it was ok now its not .i know i need egr delet but what outhr factors do ineed to know for geting the right chip?has heads cam intake full msd

 

Only way to get it right is to do it yourself, any other way is going to remove a metric chit ton of money from your wallet or leave a bunch of power on the table. I suggest you read the stickies to see what it takes to get started on tuning yourself.

There is no way any mail order chip company is going to be able to burn a chip for your particular combo. It just isn't going to happen. That aftermarket chip in your car now only removes the speed limiter and adds a couple degrees of timing, and possibley richens up the top end a bit.

 

being in vegas i would suspect a local speed shop with DYNO could do for you. but not gonna be cheap. i suspect it is done regularly for some of the newer high end modded cars. do as Monte said! may wanna procure the equipt and ask for a local TG member to help you out.
