TBI idle problem

Car: 1991 Camaro RS
Engine: 305 TBI, 93 LT1 cam, 081 hds, hdrs.
Transmission: Built - 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.27 gears from '87 TA w/rear disc
TBI idle problem
After the car is warmed up, and I let it sit for 45 min, on a restart the car seems like it's running on 4 cylinders. After I drive about a block, it kicks in and runs fine until the next time I let it sit. Cold starts - no problem. 91 camaro 305 tbi. This problem only started after being parked over the winter. Any suggestions?

Could be plugs and could be the egr valve too...egr is easy to test..unplug the vacuum line from it and plug it.start the car and see how it runs..If it runs better then remove egr valve and replace or clean..
