Help Tuning 8746 $61 - Making Some progress, but have some ??

When I (rarely) post its generally in DIY-PROM but with the recient TBI tuning here Ill start here this time.. Ive been following the super 'free tune' thread and its been awsome in helping me clear up some issues in my head.

A little background about my project and where im at. Its a jeep with a chevy 307 with a 1991 305 TBI/ECM swaped on. Running a 8746 $61 ANTT chip. Im still running the carb cam along with 2" Ram Horns and a 3" no cat exhaust. No EGR. I've got a AutoProm and have done some basic prom updates, remove VATS and EGR etc, REV patch etc.. I run 4.56s with 36" tires, through a 700r4.

I finally got some more streetable tires so i can actually drive my jeep. I drove it to work and did some more data logging. I see I need to do a few things but have a few questions stemming from my data.

1) I see my IAC counts are way out of wack, i didnt notice this before and will address that this weekend.

2) Is my IAT temps normal ? I have a stock VAN air cleaner, just no stove pipe hooked up. I have the rear of the hood lifeted 1" for slow (trail rideing) air flow but think this is causeing problems at road speed ?? Possibly the thermal door is broken ? What temp do they swing open?

3) Once the jeep gets warmed up it starts falling on its face. By this I mean I can get up to speed 55ish but if I pull a small grade and it down shifts its like the timing is way off... I realized that I had the EGR disable values wrong and I didnt lower them ( i raised them) could this be causing the problem?

Also..I have a fuel guage ill be mounting on the hood so i can see whats going on pressure wise, and have done the PW patch and will get that going this weekend. When its coldout side (air temp) it runs great so im confused..

Any input from my logs ? Any questions?

so far my tasks are

1. Set IAC to 10-15, by adjusting the throttle blade screw
2. Fix my EGR settings.
3. Do the PW/Prom ID patch
4. Fuel Pressure Guage
5. Look at my air cleaner thermal thing

anything else?

here is my bin.

I have done the PW/PROM ID mod and updated the Check Sum (open/saved in TunerPro)
Also corrected the ERG values, and unchecked the ERG flag

I didn't apply any of the BLM updates in from this last datalog.

well ive was sick all of the holdiay weekend and didnt get time to do much of anything. I did try to adjust the IAC base and after doing some adjustments the blades started sticking. I did get it down some to ~50. Yes my throttle shaft seems a bit warn out, is the going to cause me problems ahead in tuning or is this a 'nice to have' at this point ?

I did get my PW inserted into my ALDL streem, i didnt get to doa test drive but based on some driveway throttle snaps i think i may have a fuel supply issue. Ill be getting my pressure guage hooked up next..

any other advice apprecitated...
