Tune up

Okay, I have heard of tuning, and try to keep the 'Bird in a good state of tune anyway. But some of you guys are alot more in depth at it, so I was wondering, what do you all mean when you say tune-up. Heres what I look at:

Plugs
Cap and Rotor
Module(if needed)
Wires(if needed)
Aircleaner(or charge the K&N)
Oil change
PCV(if needed)
Fuel filter
Top off all fluids
Check all hoses, and the belt(s)
check for anything that appears to be out of place
Check ECM for codes, fix as necessary

Im sure I forgot something simple, but what else would you all check? I want the car in the best tune possible for its next track day.

maybe the fuel pressure and ignition timing...i would consider an alignment part of a "suspension tune"
