Fire Injectors?

I cant get injectors to fire on my 1991 RS 305 TBI... Im at a loss. I thought VATS problem so I bypassed Starter Relay by grounding it. Now car cranks (it didnt before) but still wont start because injectors not gettin ' the ok from VATS, i think. Any help is much appreciated. Any idea where Fuel pump relay is / how to bypass it?

Computer controls the injector firings. If the VATS trips, the ECM will not fire the injectors.

Same thing happened to me about a month ago. I didn't even know VATS existed at the time, so that was even more confusing. I ended up going to radio shack and buying a whole lot of resistors, and using the GM chart, finally found the correct resistance for the VATS system to allow the injectors to work. I checked the pellet in my key, and there is no resistance at all anymore.. Wierd stuff.. Worked great one day, next day, nothing! I'd test your key first, and if there is no resistance, look into bypassing the VATS system.
