How good is my tbi 350 going to run with the stock 305 chip and throttle body in my 91 rs. I will be getting a custom burned chip and bigger throttle body later but right now those two are going to be on the car. How much stronger will it feel than the 305 or can I even give it wot?

There is a good chance that the car will run slower than the stock 305. What mods do you have? Basically the car will run like poo and idle even worse on the stock tune. With headers, intake manifold, and TBI spacer my stock cam'd LO3 ran/idled terribly.

I don't have any experience with the trucks but my buds '91 LO3 had the same idle problems. A little chip work fixed that though. His wasn't as bad (A4 vs T5 car) but he did have some problems.

I have no idea what chip is currently in my 350 TBI, but I have strong reason to believe it is the stock 305 one and my injectors dont even match. I have an EBL setup on the way, but in the meantime it runs well enough and is very driveable. Definitely has a little something but I know its got tons more in it. Never drove a 305 TBI for more than 5 minutes so I cannot compare it really.
