heads. stroker kit?
After a few posts on this site and a lot of research, I found that for a mild biuld (250-325hp) of the stock 305 170hp LO3Vortec Heads, Matching Edelbrock Mani, Holley Tbi unit W larger ports,
Comp Cams camshaft (just a bit warmer due to the lift problem with the vortecs?),
Has anyone heard of a stroker kit for the LO3?
If so, any problems with it?
PROM Upgrades, 180 degree therm. accel ignition and dist. taylor wires
Hooker headers, High flow cat and 3" exaust.
B/M Shift kit, clutch upgrade, 2200stall, Stronger U joint.
Switch from stock rear to 3.73 or 4.10 posi?
With this laundry list, what gains are expected? and is this do-able?

Only problem I see with the stroker kit is that it's fricken expensive, you can buy a 350 block and rebuild it for less than the cost of the kit.
Other than that your list looks pretty good, just need to change that "prom upgrades" to a "learn to burn my own prom" and you'll be on your way to a 300 hp 305 or a 350 hp 350.
