No Injector Pulse

I have an 89 with a 305 TBI, no injector pulse. I have replaced the computer with one that I know is good, didn't thing that would help, nothing yet. Where do I start looking for the problem?

VATS will also do it. Computer will cut the fuel if VATS doesnt check out ok.

Doesn't the VATS control the fuel pump? Going to try the Ignition modual first.
