what should I expect
ok I'm building a 350 to swap for my 305tbi in my 92 rs I am putting in a comp magnum cam 270 grind, my stock 416 heads, going to do a slight port(need suggestions)and a 3 angle valve job, edelbrock performer tbi intake, 350 injectors from a caprice, 3.73 gears, 3 in exhaust from the y ppipe no cat, headman camaro shorty headers, and open element air filter. knock sensor from the same caprice as well. the 350 is out of a 92 silverado. I will be having the ecu promed with a good chip as well. any ideas on rwhp?

My 3700 lb pig ran a 13.9 @98 mph with a cam a step under that and no porting on the heads, but I did have a big block thorttle body and a performer RPM intake. With proper tuning....and I don't mean mail order junk you could run the same times or better. A lot will depend on your suspension setup and what rear gears you have. That cam will want at least a 2000 rpm stall, 2400 would be better. For the rear end 3.42's would be good, but 3.73's would have you crossing the traps at redline. A good ET is earned in the 60ft, so you'll have to get sub 2.0 60's to pull of a low 14 to high 13 pass. My monte would pull 1.82's on street tires.
