What would it take to put one of the 454 manifolds on a 350? Would the larger TBI unit work with the stock computer?

A miracle! Seriously, a 454 TBI intake would not fit on small block. I don't know about using the TB

the intake manifold is totally different
the throttle body can be used but requires either a manifold boring, or a holley manifold
or a carburetor manifold with an adapter plate (i suggest this one)
