Welcome back everyone!

now lets get back to where we left off, discussing ways to make more power!

As an update, im now sporting a t5, 3.42 gears, and its tuned pretty well with the pathetically small throttle body. I plan on boring the stock throttle body to 48mm which is the size of the stock tpi throttle blades. As it stands now im seeing 1" of vacuum by 4800 rpm. But it still revs to 6k no prob.. peak power is around 5300 or so

anyways WB

pablo im having trouble getting my engine to run like it should. ive got a 400 ci with big valves and good high flow heads. im running a 670 holley and full length jet hot coated headers, underdrive pullies,no a/c or smog,k&n, accel super coil and 8.8 wires. the o2 is on but is way down at the collector and i know its not getting hot enough. it just feels weak, weaker than the 305. could my stock chip be holding me back that much. also i would love to put in a heated o2 but the ASE guys around here say that the 02 lead is a shielded wire and cant be spliced.

thanks

if you are running the stock chip forget about it making any power

Pablo,Id say its more white than blue....if any at all
yes there a lot on startup
and sometimes after idleing
I dont have a cat,and I have taken out my AIR system...I get a code 32...
maybe I should block the EGR valve?

if its the rings,id rather just go look for anotha 305...
maybe find an l69
what had the L69 heads anyway?
