I have that proJection piece (no idle control, though, and different injectr connections thatn Rochester) and I think it has 85pph on it. Will this work for me in lieu of waiting for a Rochestr 2" TBI??? Ie, to PROM play and tune?

I know some guys have problems with incorrect (to big?) injectors on these units when they get them. I would think 85pph is just what I need, no? no IAC probably won't hurt me too much, either. It has a solenoid throttle-stop kicker that raises idle for you, ya' know? I could rig that to temp switch, or something.

It's a little solenoid (part of ProJection 2D) that kicks out and pushes the throttle open a little. Controlled by Holley ECU but I suppose I could hook-up an adjustable cooling fan (on/off) thermostat so taht is goes on below like 100 deg or so...

I'm more worrid about the wiring. Caps are very different. Not too sure I want to butcher the OEM GM TBI wires just to screw with the Holley that I am npot too fond of. Any one hear anything about adapter wires to hook GM injector cap covers to Holley Capcovers? What does Holley give you when you buy one of there replacement TBI's? They proabably giv eyou a wiring diagram and tell you to splice away, right?3

Yes, i know what a kicker is, what i meant by "i dont know how that would work" is how youd incorporate that into your system.

as for the 'caps'
cut and solder

my wires were damaged and i had to solder a new section into place, works fine and has been for two years
