Cam Selection and Engine parts....

Hey

I have a space L03 just sitting in a corner and instead of forking out $3,000-$4,500 of money I don't have at one time, I would rather spend $400, $600 at my own pace when I have the money.
So I thinking about rebuilding the L03 to go into my 91 RS.

What cam would you guys recommend for maximum horsepower, with some what okay gas mileage(4mph is not good )
I will also be going up to 1.6 rockers.

I think I am going to go with what Pablo said with the LB9 heads and port and polish them.
What else would you guys recommend as far as manifold, TBI unit, pistons, and so forth.

The main reason I am thinking of doing this is I have the engine just taking up space, and I can build it as time and money permit.

Let me hear your suggestions

Car: Turbo Buick
Engine: 3.8 V6
heres how i would do it
Lt4 Hot cam
serious head porting
single plane manifold

i wouldnt waste cash on anything other than just replacement pistons on a 305
actually
if i were you id just go with a 350 at this point but if you really wanna go 305 you can still make decent power
