Hey guys my car has had a slight tick for a while now and it's driving me crazy.I've done a search in most of the boards here and I can't quite get the same answer.The tick only comes when the engine is warm,doesn't do it at all when the engine is cold.I've been up and down the exhaust and I don't have any leaks.I pulled the valve covers to check to see if it's a bad rocker.nope every thing seems ok and all the lifters are working as they should.the tick only comes from the passenger side of the engine.I've taken a stethescope to the whole engine and I still can't pinpoint it's exact location.the closest place I could tell is the rear of the passenger side head.
I don't know how to set valve lash if it's a valve tick and how can I tell the differance between a valve tick and an exhaust leak? any help would be great.
